The Republic of Finland has today sold 17,188,480 shares of Kemira
GrowHow Oyj and, as a result, the Republic of Finland's holding of
the share capital and voting rights in Kemira GrowHow Oyj has
decreased to zero. Therefore, we hereby notify the Finnish Financial
Supervision Authority and Kemira GrowHow Oyj the following:

A. Target company: Kemira GrowHow Oyj (business identity code:
0948865-5)

B. Date of change in holdings: May 24, 2007

C. The Republic of Finland's holding in Kemira GrowHow Oyj has
decreased to zero.

D. Kemira GrowHow Oyj's share capital comprises 57,208,857 shares
that carry a total of 57,208,857 votes.

E. Shareholder's full name: The Republic of Finland
