Kemira GrowHow is pleased to invite the media and analysts to attend
the press conference in which Chairman of the Board Ossi Virolainen
and President and CEO Heikki Sirviö, Kemira GrowHow and CFO Sven
Ombudstvedt, Yara International, will present the tender offer. The
press conference will take place at 16.00 pm. at Kemira GrowHow
office, Mechelininkatu 1 a, Helsinki (auditorium, 1st floor). The
press conference will be held mainly in Finnish.
