Government Communications Unit Press Release 151/2007 24 May 2007 State of Finland sells Kemira GrowHow shares The Finnish Government has today decided to sell all its shares in Kemira GrowHow Oyj to Yara International ASA. The State of Finland´s holding in Kemira GrowHow is 30.05 per cent of the share capital. The State´s total proceeds of the sale are around 207 million euros at a price of 12.12 euros per share. Yara will launch an offer for the remaining Kemira GrowHow shares. In connection with the deal, Yara has stated that the production units of GrowHow in Finland will fit in the new owner´s strategy and that these production units will be employed and further developed. Kauppahinta on 12,12 euroa osakkeelta. Valtion kokonaistulot myynnistä ovat noin 207 milj. euroa. Yara on ilmoittanut tekevänsä julkisen ostotarjouksen Kemira GrowHow´n muista osakkeista. Yara on todennut, että Kemira GrowHow´n tuotantolaitokset Suomessa soveltuvat hyvin ostajan liiketoimintastrategiaan ja että se tulee hyödyntämään ja kehittämään niitä.
