General information on the MidCap+ and the SmallCap+ segments
The purpose of the plus segments is to boost liquidity in the shares of small
and medium-sized companies. The plus segments will bring focus to the companies
with good liquidity in their shares, which provide detailed information to the
market and by doing so create investor goodwill. The creation of the plus
segments has inspired many small and medium-sized companies to make an extra
effort to support the life of their shares on the exchange, and thereby to get
an entry to either the MidCap+ segment or SmallCap+ segment.

Rules for the MidCap+ and SmallCap+ segments can be found on our website
www.omxgroup.com/nordicexchange/Omhandlen under “Rules and Regulations”.
