Increase in Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's share capital registered

The increase of EUR 8,500 in Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's share capital has today
been entered in the Trade Register as decided by the Board of Suomen
Terveystalo Oyj on 14 May 2007. 

Finnvera Oyj has exchanged capital loan based convertible bonds amounting to
EUR 501,500 issued on March 14, 2003 to subscribe Suomen Terveystalo Oyj's
shares according to the terms of the loan. 

The bond was exchanged to subscribe for 850,000 Suomen Terveystalo Oyj´s shares
with the price of EUR 0.59 per share. After the increase, Suomen Terveystalo
Oyj's share capital is EUR 680,446.63 and the total number of shares is
68,044,663. The new shares will rank pari passu with all outstanding shares. 

Trading in all new shares together with all outstanding shares will start on 25
May 2007.
