At Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd’s (Vostok) ExtraGeneral Meeting the proposed spin-off of the non-Gazprom related part of Vostok’s portfolio to a new company, was approved. Every share in Vostok gives the owner right to subscribe for one (1) share in the new company, Vostok Nafta Holding Investment Ltd (New Vostok) at SEK 22.00. Record date is May 29, 2007. Stockholm Stock Exchange has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Vostok and adjusted the OMXS30 Index.
