Derivatives: Adjustment of warrants in Vostok Nafta

In connection with the distribution of the non Gazprom related part of Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. (in change of name to Vostok Gas Ltd.) all warrants in Vostok Nafta will be adjusted. The adjustment will be effective as from Monday, May 28th, 2007
