Component Changes Made to Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index


NEW YORK, May 25, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced component changes in the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index.

Kinder Morgan, Inc. (NYSE:KMI) and Duquesne Light Holdings Inc. (NYSE:DQE) will be deleted from the Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index and replaced by Wilmington Trust Corporation (NYSE:WL) and Trustmark Corporation (Nasdaq:TRMK).

Kinder Morgan, Inc. is being removed due to its acquisition by a consortium of investors led by The Carlyle Group and Riverstone Holdings LLC. Duquesne Light Holdings Inc. is being removed due to its pending acquisition by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners and Diversified Utility and Energy Trusts.

The changes in the U.S. Dow Jones Select Dividend Index will be effective as of the open of trading on Thursday, May 31, 2007.

The Dow Jones U.S. Select Dividend Index includes 100 stocks derived from the Dow Jones U.S. Total Market Index, a broad-market benchmark index that represents approximately 95% of U.S. market capitalization.
