Correction to announcement of 24 May 2007
Yesterday, we published an announcement under the heading: "Roskilde Bank -
holding of own shares"
The caption was incorrect and the accouncement should have been:
Roskilde Bank's voting rights and total capital
Pursuant to section 6 of Executive Order No. 226 og 15 March 2007 on the
obligation for issuers to disclose, we hereby announce that the total number of
voting rights in Roskilde Bank amounts to 12,548,052, and that the total
capital of Roskilde Bank amounts to DKK 125,480,520.
