AS Eesti Ehitus (EEH1T) will close the list of shareholders for bonus issue on 29.05.2007 at 23.59 PM. Eesti Ehitus will issue one new share per each existing share. Proceeding from the above, the reference price of Eesti Ehitus shares will be lowered to the level of EUR 6.50 (EEK 101.70) today before the beginning of trading.
