The Management Board of the Tallinn Stock Exchange (TSE) reviewed the application by AS Eesti Ehitus, filed with the Management Board on May 21, 2007, for listing the 15,378,364 shares of AS Eesti Ehitus that were issued additionally as a bonus issue on the Main List of TSE. On Friday, May 25, 2007, the Management Board of TSE decided to satisfy the listing application of AS Eesti Ehitus and to list the 15,378,364 shares of AS Eesti Ehitus additionally on the Main List of TSE. The decision entered into force immediately upon taking and publishing. The new shares will be transferred to the securities accounts of shareholders on May 30, 2007. The first listing day of the shares in the Main List of TSE is the next trading day (inclusive) after the shares are transferred to the securities accounts of investors, May 31, 2007. Until registration of the increase of the share capital in the Commercial Register and re-registration of the new shares in the Estonian Central Register of Securities, the new shares are marked with a different trading code than the earlier shares in the trading system.
