C.I.S.L Gruppen AB has despite several requests from the Stockholm Stock Exchange (SSE) failed to publish an income statement and a balance sheet for the associated company “La Jolla Gaming“. Since La Jolla Gaming is considered by C.I.S.L Gruppen AB as an important part of the company the SSE believes that there is a substantial uncertainty regarding the company and the pricing of the listed securities. C.I.S.L Gruppen AB has also received criticism by the auditor regarding the annual report for 2006.
With reference to what is stated above, the SSE has therefore decided that the shares in C.I.S.L Gruppen AB (ISIN code SE0000682205 and order book ID 32762) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday, May 30th, 2007.
