Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB has previously informed that the company has applied
for a listing.
The company will be listed on the NGM Stock Exchange (Equity Regulated Market)
and the listing is planned for 14th of September 2007.
The purpose of the listing is to simplify trade in the company's shares,
primarily for institutional and international investors, and to improve
pre-requisites in the strong and expansive development that the company is
currently in. Listing prospectus and other information will be published latest
on the first day of trading.
