Kesselring Corporation Goes Public by Reverse Merger


BRADENTON, Fla., May 29, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Kesselring Corporation became a public company by way of reverse merger with Offline Consulting, Inc. (OTCBB:OFLC). Simultaneous to the reverse merger, the company received a $1.5 million investment through private placement. Proceeds will be used for acquisition financing, accounting systems integration, professional advisor services, and working capital.
