The Listing Committee of the Stockholm Stock Exchange today approved Vostok Nafta Investment Limited (previously known as Vostok Nafta Holding Investment Limited) for listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The first trading day for depository receipts of Vostok Nafta Investment Limited is expected to be around 4 July 2007. The depository receipts will be traded under the short name of VNIL SDB. Vostok Nafta Investment will soon enter into a listing agreement with OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB. The Company will apply the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and in alll respects comply with Generally Accepted Principles in the Securities Market according to the statements of Swedish Securities Council, to the extent that these statements apply to foreign companies.
Vostok Gas Limited (previously known as Vostok Nafta Holding Investment Limited) has been previously listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Depository receipts of Vostok Gas Limited will be traded under the short name, VGAS SDB (previously VOST SDB). Beginning on 30 May 2007, redemption depository receipts of Vostok Gas Limited will be listed on the fraction, subscription and purchase rights list. The trading of redemption depository receipts will continue until 8 June 2007, under the short name of VGAS IL.
