Decision Made to Add AS "PARITATE BANKA" Mortgage Bonds to Riga Stock Exchange

Hereby AS "PARITATE BANKA" informs that on May 25 2007, the Council of the
Financial and Capital Market Committee has decided on registering mortgage bond
booklet of the stock company "PARITATE BANKA" in order to add 90,000 mortgage
bonds of the stock company "PARITATE BANKA" to the Mortgage Bond List of the
stock company Riga Stock Exchange.
