Consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter of 2007

The consolidated pre-audited results of AB Lietuvos Dujos for the 1st quarter
of 2007 prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards: 

-  Net profit for the 1st quarter of 2007 - LTL 72.3 million (EUR 20.9
million), for the 1st quarter of 2006 (restated due to the change in the
accounting policy) - LTL 39.7 million (EUR 11.5 million); 

-  Sales revenue for the 1st quarter of 2007 - LTL 328.4 million (EUR 95.1
million), for the 1st quarter of 2006 (restated due to the change in the
accounting policy) - LTL 281.2 million (EUR 81.5 million).
