TDC announces that the company has offered 224 of its 1586 properties in
Denmark for sale in an auction process. The properties cover about 480,000 sqm
and are mainly being used for technical and administrative purposes for TDC. In
the event of a sale, TDC will be a future lessee of the properties. Due to the
pending auction process, the company can not comment any further on the
expected sales price. The offer does not cover the company's head office at
Nørregade 21, Copenhagen, which is owned by KTAS' pension fund. A decision to
sell the properties will be made on the background of the result of the auction
process.
