KYRO WILL CHANGE TO GLASTON ON 4 JUNE 2007

Kyro Corporation (in Finnish Kyro Oyj Abp) will change its name to
Glaston Corporation (in Finnish Glaston Oyj Abp) on 1 June 2007. The
name change will come into effect on Monday, 4 June 2007. On the same
day, trading of Glaston shares will also begin on the Helsinki Stock
Exchange under a new identifying code. Glaston's trading code is
GLA1V (formerly KRO1V).

The name change is part of Glaston's brand building work and the
Group's concentration on glass processing technology. Glaston will
sell the operations of the Group's Energy business area to M-real
Corporation on 1 July 2007. Kyro's shareholders approved the name
change at the Annual General Meeting on 13 March 2007.
