Mr. Christian Bjerrum-Niese, Manager, Strategic Partnerships, has decided to
seek new challenges outside GN Store Nord. 

Mr. Niese is an employee representative on GN Store Nord's Supervisory Board.
Accordingly, his alternate, CTO Leo Larsen, will take over as employee
representative effective today.
