Notification in accordance with Executive Order on the Duty of Disclosure of
Issuers 

In accordance with section 17, paragraph 2 of Executive Order on the Duty of
Disclosure of Issuers, it is hereby disclosed  that the total nominal share
capital of DSV A/S as of 1 June 2007 is DKK 201,500,000, divided into
201,500,000 shares of DKK  1 and that the total number of voting rights is
201,500,000.
