In accordance with the Statutory order in section 17.2 of the Danish Executive
order relating to issuers' disclosure requirements, TrygVesta hereby informs
that the total capital of TrygVesta A/S amounts to DKK 1.700.000.000,
distributed on 68.000.000 shares each of a nominal value of DKK 25. All shares
have equal voting rights.
TrygVesta's holding of own shares is 410.680.
