According to Section 17 (2) of Executive Order no. 226 of March 15, 2007 on the
issuers' duty of disclosure, notice is hereby given that Auriga Industries
A/S's total share capital is DKK 255 million divided into class A shares with a
nominal value of DKK 75 million corresponding to 75 million voting rights and
class B shares with a nominal value of DKK 180 million corresponding to 18
million voting rights.
