Pursuant to section 6 of Announcement no. 226 of 15 March 2007 on the obligation for issuers to disclose we hereby announce that the total number of voting rights in Sparbank A/S amounts to 6,026,665 and that the total share capital of Sparbank A/S amounts to DKK 120,533,300.
