In accordance with the provisions of executive order no. 226 of the 15th of
March 2007, it is hereby informed that the share capital in Bang & Olufsen a/s
in total is DKK 120,813,380 of which DKK 10,855,430 A-shares and DKK
109.957.950 B-shares.
In the company there is a total of 21,851,225 votes, of which 10.855.430 votes
is A-share votes, and 10,995,795 votes is B-share votes.
