Capital and voting rights in Dampskibsselskabet "NORDEN" A/S

Pursuant to section 17, subsection 2 of executive order no. 226 of 15 March
2007 on issuers' disclosure requirements, it is hereby disclosed that the
Company's capital amounts to DKK 46,075,000 nominally. Each share of DKK 1
represents one vote at the Company's general meeting.
