Securitas Direct AB (publ): Thomas Berglund resigns from the Board; Ulf Mattsson new Chairman

Thomas Berglund, Chairman of the Board, has today informed Securitas
Direct AB that he resigns from the Board of Directors with immediate
effect. The Board has elected Ulf Mattsson new Chairman of the Board.

Ulf Mattsson, born in 1964, has an M.Sc. in economics and is a Board
member of Securitas Direct AB since 2006. Previous assignments
include President and CEO of Capio AB, CEO of Mölnlycke Health Care
as well as President and CEO of Domco Tarkett Inc. Additional
