NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS AS REFERRED TO IN CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10, OF
THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
The portions of holdings in Panostaja Oyj will change when the private placement
to the principal shareholders in Suomen Helasto issued by Panostaja Oyj on 30
May 2007 has been registered.
Panostaja Oyj has received the following announcements regarding the changes:
1. The holdings of Maija Koskenkorva of the share capital in Panostaja Oyj will
exceed ten percent and the holdings of share capital and voting rights of Maija
Koskenkorva will be as follows:

TOTAL 4,985,374 12.20% 7.14%
2. The holdings of Mauno Koskenkorva of the share capital in Panostaja Oyj will
exceed five percent and the holdings of share capital and voting rights of Mauno
Koskenkorva will be as follows:

3. The holdings of Mikko Koskinen of the share capital in Panostaja Oyj will

of Mikko Koskinen will be as follows:

TOTAL 1,674,172 4.10% 6.06%
Panostaja Oyj's share capital will consist of 40,871,505 shares (17,256,595
A-shares and 23,614,910 B-shares) after the above mentioned share issue and the
shares will have 368,746,810 votes in total.
