"Cass is a phenomenal lawyer and we are very excited that he is assuming this role," said Jim Sowell, Vice Chair of the Real Estate Committee of the ABA Tax Section. "He will make a valuable contribution to dealing with the important tax issues that arise in connection with environmental contamination and clean-up."
