IC Companys A/S - Voting rights and share capital
Pursuant to section 17(2) of executive order no. 226 of 15 March 2007
regarding issuers' disclosure obligations it is hereby announced that
the entire share capital  of IC Companys A/S  has a nominal value  of
DKK 183,934,980. Each share of DKK 10 carries one vote, and the total
number of voting rights is therefore 18,393,498.
