ANNE KORKIAKOSKI APPOINTED ELISA S EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Ms Anne Korkiakoski has been appointed Elisa's Executive Vice
President, Corporate Communications, and member of the Elisa
Executive Board as of 1 August 2007. Her responsibilities will be
Elisa's external and internal communications, as well as marketing
communications. Prior to this, she has been the CEO of the Finnish
operations at the international advertising and marketing agency
group, Euro RSCG, being responsible also the Nordic region. Ms Anne
Korkiakoski will report to CEO Mr Veli-Matti Mattila.

Mr Hannu Laakso, executive vice president, marketing, will continue
in the employ of Elisa until 31 July 2007, after which he will start
the sabbatical.

Mr Velipekka Nummikoski, vice president, corporate communications and
public relations, will remain with the company as a vice president,
public relations.
