On the 1st of June, 2007 a new Finance and Administrative director Vadim Rabša assumed Office at JSC Grindeks. To date V.Rabša was employed at Exigen Services Ltd., holding post of Chief Finance Officer as well as occupying the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board at JSC Dati Exigen Group. V.Rabša also worked at JSC Latvijas Balzams holding post of Chief Finance Officer. The education V.Rabša acquired from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, taking bachelor's degree in Economics and Business administration as well as graduating from Daugavpils University, acquiring higher education in Mathematics, English and IT field. The position of Finance and Administrative director became open when the Grindeks long-term Chairman of the Board Valdis Jākobsons was changed in the office by the previous Finance and Administrative director Jānis Romanovskis.
