5 June 2007 Company announcement no. 10-07 Søndagsavisen a-s reduces the expectations for 2007 due to intensified competition in the distribution market in Denmark - Expectations for revenue in 2007 are reduced with DKK 75-125 million to DKK 1,700-1,800 million - Expectations for the profit before tax in 2007 are reduced with DKK 70 million to DKK 100-120 million The adjustment is due to intensified price competition in the distribution market in Denmark. Furthermore, the market for distribution of unaddressed printed matter in Denmark in 2007 is smaller than expected. Forbruger-Kontakt's aim was to have full national mid-weekly distribution by the end of 2007. Relatively large costs are involved in the start-up period, and as the market for distribution of unaddressed printed matter in Denmark in 2007 is smaller than expected, the pace of the expansion of this mid-weekly distribution is reduced. All other business areas in the Group are developing as expected. The newspaper Søndagsavisen's and OFiR's initiatives in the job advertisement market are even developing in a very satisfactory way.
