Aldrich joined ECA Marketing, Inc. in 1997 as controller. He graduated from Moorhead State University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, starting his accounting career in 1995 with Profix/Ameriweb in Mound, Minnesota as a staff accountant, and the following year joined ACII in Bloomington, Minnesota as Assistant Controller.
