City National Bank Hires Christine Larson as California Business Development Sales Manager


LOS ANGELES, June 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- City National Bank, California's Premier Private and Business Bank(r), announced today that it has hired Christine Larson as a senior vice president and business development sales manager for California.

In this new role, Larson will manage regional business development teams throughout the state, targeting entrepreneurs, businesses, nonprofits, government entities, investors and their families. She also will direct business outreach and marketing efforts for sales colleagues.

Based at the bank's downtown Los Angeles regional center at City National Plaza, Larson will report to Dallas Haun, executive vice president, California Commercial and Private Banking Services. She also will work closely with Kevin Dunigan, executive vice president, Core Banking.

Larson is a banking veteran with more than 35 years experience. She worked the past 18 months as a senior vice president and Business Banking Group manager for Manufacturers Bank in Los Angeles. She spent 10 years in various sales management, credit and marketing positions at Sanwa Bank and began her career with Crocker Bank, where she worked for 17 years.

She resides in Long Beach, Calif., where she is a member of the board of trustees of St. Anne's, a residential facility that provides housing and services for pregnant and parenting teenagers.
