Innovation in the Spotlight At Wall Street Reporter Magazine's 12th 'Small-Cap Discovery Conference'

NEW YORK, June 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Small-cap companies with exciting potential are lining up to give the investment community an inside look at their technologies, the unclaimed markets they're capturing, and the opportunities they bring to the table.

Wall Street Reporter Magazine's 12th Small-Cap Discovery Conference will bring several cutting-edge CEOs from key sectors ranging from oil to next-generation networking into contact with more than 200 pre-registered fund managers, analysts, and investment bankers representing $30 billion in total capital.

The New York City conference will start on Wednesday, June 20 with a 7:30 a.m. breakfast at the Princeton Club (located at 15 West 43rd Street) and run until noon. The event will also be Webcast live on www.vcall.com.

Companies scheduled to present include:

-- i-Level Media Group Inc. (OTCBB:ILVL) The mandate is simple: feeding China's largely untapped and rapidly-expanding appetite for advertising content. CEO Aidan Sullivan will be on hand to tell potential investors how he's capturing his share of a $17 billion market. Margins are high and the company is already unlocking substantial revenue; the approach of the 2008 Beijing Olympics could very well send the business into orbit.

-- RemedyMD Inc. This privately-held company's specialized electronic healthcare record (HER) products are transforming the medical business by bridging the gap between physicians and patients. CEO Gary Kennedy will explain his technology and the critical role it can play by providing a seamless health management platform in a world of soaring systemic healthcare costs.

-- TZ Ltd. (ASX:TZL) is commercializing a new "intelligent" fastening system that adds computing power to traditional bolts or screws. CEO David Feber will tell us how the breakthrough technology (just one piece of the company's portfolio) can revolutionize the way every industry from aviation to consumer electronics thinks about design, manufacturing, and maintenance.

-- mPhase Technologies (OTCBB:XDSL) is introducing its Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) system to traditional copper network carriers clamoring to add streaming video to their service platform. CEO Ron A. Durando will give investors a look at how the technology stacks up to fiber-based solutions and may also provide additional insight on his company's recent spin-out of its nanotech battery assets.

Additional presenters will be announced. Investment professionals are invited to attend; registration information and a full list of presenting companies can be found at www.wallstreetreporter.com/sdc.
