The Nordic Exchange welcomes bankTrelleborg
bankTrelleborg a/s is listed on Copenhagen Stock Exchange today and is the
eleventh company to join the Nordic Exchange's main market this year. 

bankTrelleborg's 152 year long background takes its beginning in Slagelse.
Through the years 16 branches has emerged - in Hellerup, Hillerød and Odense to
name a few. In 2007 more offices will open, for example in Århus and Køge and
the bank has the ambition of becoming a nationwide financial institution. 

bankTrelleborg has around 250 employees, which advices within a broad spectrum
of financial areas. 

In March 2007 bankTrelleborg was made into a private company and was named
bankTrelleborg a/s. The last 10 years the bank has gone through a modernization
process and has experienced a considerable development. 

With the new name the bank is now being listed on Copenhagen Stock Exchange, to
support and strengthen the development further. The bank will still have an eye
for its local roots and actively support local culture and sports.

50. The company is registered in the Financials sector and is a Mid Cap
