Announcement on the total number of voting rights and total share
capital of the company

In accordance with the Danish FSA's Section 17 of Executive Order no.
226 of 15 March 2007 an announcement is made on the total number of
voting rights and total share capital of BioMar Holding A/S as of 1
June 2007:

§         The nominal share capital of BioMar Holding A/S was DKK
219,980,760
§         Each share of DKK 20 carries one vote
§         The total number of voting rights was 10,999,038 votes
