The UCITS fund Lån & Spar Rationel Invest • Sub-fund “Teknologi” At the request of Lån & Spar Rationel Invest the Copenhagen Stock Exchange will place said sub-fund under matching halt from and including 11 June 2007. The matching halt is on the grounds of a merger with another sub-fund, cf. the fund's disclosure today 8 June 2007. Upon approval of the merger from the Danish FSA, the sub-fund “Teknologi” will be delisted.
