Provided that the Copenhagen Stock Exchange before 12 June 2007, at 8:30 am at
the latest, receives an announcement on the progress of the share offering,
including - if relevant - reduction, Nordic Tankers will be admitted for
listing with effect from 12 June 2007, cf. attached announcement. 

In the Nordic List, Nordic Tankers will be included in the SmallCap segment.
