On May 31, 2007 a new Q Vara OÜ's subsidiary - EOOD Q Vara - was registered in Bulgaria. The establishment decision was made by Q Vara OÜ's shareholders on March 13, 2007 and the company was established on April 19. 2007. The established company's main activity is real estate development and its sole shareholder is Q Vara OÜ. Q Vara OÜ also owns 60% of another Bulgarian company EOOD Delta Retail. EOOD Delta retail is a project company (SPV) and EOOD Q Vara is a development company that is going to develop Q Vara Group's projects in Bulgaria. EOOD Q Vara's single management board member is Marko Kilk (born in 1976). He studied IT in Tallinn Technical University and has been an IT-director in SA Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla since 2004.
