Correction: On page E-23 in Century Aluminum Company Prospectus published June
12, 2007 in the First North News System, is wrongly stated that the round lot
is 50 depositary receipts, the right size of the round lot is 20 depositary
receipts.
The Iceland Stock Exchange (ICEX) has scrutinized the prospectus of Century
Aluminum Company, as endorsed on 13 June 2007, and hereby confirms that the
prospectus satisfies the requirements of the Act on Securities Transactions,
No. 33/2003, as amended by Act No. 31/2005, and Regulations issued pursuant to
the Act.
The company's shares will be admitted to trading on First North the 14th of
June 2007.
