Ratos: New appointments at Ratos



Clara Bolinder-Lundberg has today been appointed as the new head of
corporate communications at Ratos. Clara Bolinder-Lundberg, who has
been employed at Ratos since 2001, was most recently head of investor
relations. She will succeed Anna-Karin Celsing.

Ratos CEO Arne Karlsson:  "During her over six years with Ratos,
Clara's consistent, market-oriented work has contributed to our high
ranking as regards the provision of information by a listed company.
Clara will now have overall responsibility for corporate
communications and investor relations within Ratos which will
guarantee the continued high quality of our dialogue with our

perceptions of a company as was the case for Ratos in 1999-2002."

Emma Rheborg has been recruited as Ratos' new Investor Relations
Manager. Emma is a business school graduate and joins Ratos from JKL,
where she has worked since 2001 as a financial communications
consultant. She will begin her position at Ratos on 13 August 2007."Emma has a broad and solid base of expertise in investor relations,
and we are happy to have her on board at Ratos," comments Ratos' CEO,
Arne Karlsson.
