(NYSE:WCI) today adjourned its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to August 30, 2007, as it previously announced it intended to do. No shareholder vote was taken at today's Meeting. Shareholders of record on April 30, 2007 will be entitled to vote at the August 30, 2007 meeting, which will commence at 10:00 AM EDT at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, 5001 Coconut Point Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34134.
