TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15.6.2007 AT 10.00 CHANGES IN TELESTE CORPORATION'S MANAGEMENT To ensure the continued growth of Teleste Corporation, the following changes are made in the corporation's management: Mr. Johan Slotte, Senior Vice President, Video Networks has been appointed Deputy CEO of Teleste Corporation with responsibility for corporate business development, marketing, quality and IT, human resources and legal affairs. Mr. Hanno Narjus, Vice President, Product Solutions within Teleste Video Networks, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Video Networks with responsibility for the business area. The appointments will be effective immediately. Mr. Slotte will continue as member and Mr. Narjus will start as a new member in the Management Team of Teleste.
