PALM DESERT, Calif., June 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Nitro Lube, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NLUB) announced today that Tom Yarbray of Indian Wells, California has been appointed President, CEO and Chairman of the public company Nitro Lube, Inc., replacing Jason Rite. Mr. Rite remains Chairman, President and CEO of Nitro Lube Canada, Ltd. and Director of NLUB.

Other Directors appointed were Larry Bonafide of Indian Wells, CA and Peter Cahan of Grapeview, WA, both of whom serve as Directors of Nitro Lube USA, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of NLUB.
