Efficiency Technologies, Inc. Announces Third Installation At Corporate Headquarters of International Healthcare Company

TULSA, Okla., June 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Efficiency Technologies, Inc. (EffTec), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Resource Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ARRM), announces the installation of the EffTrack(tm) web-based software service on approximately 2,200 tons of chiller capacity with a Fortune 500, S&P 100 international healthcare company corporate headquarters located in Deerfield, Illinois.

"This is our third installation into one of over 50 facilities operated worldwide by this international health care company. The fact that it is installed at their corporate headquarters gives us at EffTec confidence that EffTrack has demonstrated its ability to improve their chillers' operational efficiency and reduce energy costs on a favorable cost/benefit ratio," stated Don Clark, President of EffTec.

Chillers are the single largest energy consumer in most facilities and typically account for up to 35% of the electrical power use. The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that chillers waste up to 30% additional energy through inefficiency.
