About the Authors

William Gregory Smith was native son of Guyana. He held several degrees in Electronics from prestigious institutions in England and was highly esteemed in his profession. His love for family, country and integrity lead him to document his experience in this book. He died before it was completed, but gave the responsibility to Anne, his sister, to bring this work to fruition.

Anne R. Wagner was born in Georgetown Guyana, eldest of five children, mother of four children and fourteen grandchildren. Her role as the eldest sister and the deep commitment to family led to the publishing of this book. She is a graduate of Kingsborough Community College, City College NY, NY, and Downstate University, Brooklyn NY. She has been a Director of Health Information Management for 21 years.
