The exits together generate a cash flow of over one million euros for Amanda. Both exits are profitable. MB Equity Fund II - private equity fund has sold its share of Inspecta Oy to private equity investor 3i. Inspecta Oy is a provider of testing, inspection and certification services. Inspecta's core business involves ensuring and verifying the safety, reliability, usability and quality of a variety of technical devices, assemblies, products and processes within the industrial sector, energy production, construction and retail. The deal hinges on the approval of competition authorities. Atlas Venture VI - private equity fund has sold a company named Arrow Therapeutics to AstraZeneca. Arrow Therapeutics is a pharmaceutical company focused exclusively on infectious disease. The transaction generated proceeds to Amanda, which were accounted in Amanda's result in the second quarter in 2007.
