Kungsleden acquires logistic properties for SEK 532 m Press Release 19 June 2007 Listed Swedish property company Kungsleden AB (publ) acquires eight logistic properties in Stockholm, Norrköping, Vetlanda, Gothenburg and Copenhagen. The seller of the properties is Papyrus, a company in the Stora Enso Group. The purchase price amounts to SEK 532 m and the property yield calculated at 6.9 %. The properties have a total lettable area of 61, 574 s.q.m. with a rental value of SEK 44 m. Papyrus is the sole tenant with an average lease length of 5,5 years. Kungsleden will take possession of the properties on June 19, 2007 and July 2, 2007.
